Eligibility
To place an order, you must:

Orders & Acceptance
All orders are subject to availability and acceptance.
After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This confirmation does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders due to:
- stock availability
- pricing errors
- suspected fraud or misuse
- technical issues
If your order is canceled, any payment will be refunded.
Prices & Payment
All prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout and include VAT where applicable.
Shipping costs, taxes, or duties (for international orders) are calculated separately at checkout.
Payment is processed securely via approved third-party payment providers.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect confirmed orders.
Shipping & Delivery
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location and carrier.
For international orders shipped DAP (Delivered At Place), customers are responsible for any local customs duties, taxes, or import fees.
Plateau is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.

Right of Withdrawal (Returns)
Under Norwegian law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order.
Returned items must be unused and in original condition.
Return handling fees may apply.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return has been approved.

Complaints & Defects
Products are covered by the Norwegian Consumer Purchase Act.
If a product is defective or does not meet reasonable expectations, you may submit a complaint within:
- 2 years for standard products
- up to 5 years for products intended for long-term use
If approved, we will offer repair, replacement, or refund and cover reasonable costs.
Please contact us before returning defective items.
Product Information
We strive to ensure that product descriptions, images, and specifications are accurate.
However, slight variations in color, materials, or appearance may occur due to screen settings or production differences.
Such variations do not constitute defects.
Intellectual Property
