Delivery Times

Normal delivery time is 1–5 business days within Norway.

Delivery times for international orders vary depending on destination and carrier. Estimated delivery options are always displayed during checkout.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak periods or due to circumstances outside our control.

International Orders (DAP)

All international orders are shipped DAP (Delivered At Place).

This means:

  • local taxes, VAT, customs duties, or import fees may apply
  • these charges are the responsibility of the customer

Plateau is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

Order Processing

After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email.

Orders are normally packed and shipped within 24 hours.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Delivery Notifications

You will receive updates directly from the carrier when:

  • your order has shipped
  • your parcel is out for delivery
  • or ready for pickup at your local service point
