Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)

You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order. To request a return, register it through your account at plateauplateau.no within the 14-day period.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

be unused and unworn
be in original condition
include all tags and packaging
include proof of purchase

Items showing signs of use beyond normal inspection may result in a reduced or rejected refund.

Return Costs

Return handling fees will be deducted from your refund:

Norway: 69 NOK
International orders: 699 NOK

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds

Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within a few business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, please register a return and place a new order for the preferred size or product.

Complaints (Defects or Faulty Products)

If your product has a defect or does not meet reasonable quality expectations, you are protected by the Norwegian Consumer Purchase Act.

Complaints must be made within a reasonable time after discovering the issue.
If approved, we will cover all costs and offer repair, replacement, or a full refund.
